APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty-five | 0015| thousand dollars ($155,000) is appropriated from the general | 0016| fund to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university | 0017| for expenditure in fiscal year 1998. Any unexpended or | 0018| unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 | 0019| shall revert to the general fund. The money is appropriated | 0020| for the following purposes: | 0021| A. to conduct a feasibility analysis and prepare a | 0022| plan to improve the administrative computing system hardware | 0023| and software; | 0024| B. to purchase and install student financial aid | 0025| software; | 0001| C. to purchase and install computer hardware and | 0002| software for math and science instruction facilities; and | 0003| D. to prepare the Jack Williamson science fiction | 0004| collection for microform and computer access. | 0005|  |
