0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE OFFICE OF CULTURAL AFFAIRS TO

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office
    |
0018|     of cultural affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0019|     purpose of supporting the production of the fifty-first
    |
0020|     national preservation conference in New Mexico.  Any unexpended
    |
0021|     or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year
    |
0022|     1998 shall revert to the general fund.
