APPROPRIATION.--One hundred sixty thousand | 0016| dollars ($160,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0017| state department of public education for expenditure in fiscal | 0018| year 1998 for the purpose of hiring three truant officers for | 0019| the Highland high school cluster in Albuquerque.
