Strike Senate Rules Committee Amendment 5. 2. On page 7, between lines 5 and 6, insert the following new subsection: "H. An absentee ballot shall not be hand delivered to a voter except by the county clerk or a member of the county clerk's staff within the physical area of the county clerk's office; at an alternative voting location; or as provided in Section 1-6-16.2 NMSA 1978.". 3. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly and adjust cross-references to correspond with these amendments. 4.
