On page 2, line 2, after "voters" insert "prepared by the county clerk". 2. On page 5, line 14, restore "signature roster". 3. On page 5, line 16, strike "absent voter's list". 4. On page 6, line 13, strike "own". 5. On page 7, between lines 5 and 6, insert the following new subsection: "H. An absentee ballot shall not be hand delivered to a voter except by the county clerk or his staff within the physical area of the county clerk's office; at an alternative voting location; or as provided in Section 1-6-16.2 NMSA 1978.". 6. Renumber the succeeding subsection.
