0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE FIRST-YEAR OPERATION EXPENSES

0013|     OF A RURAL HEALTH CARE FACILITY IN NORTHERN EDDY COUNTY.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand
    |
0017|     dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for
    |
0019|     the purpose of operating for the first year a rural health care
    |
0020|     facility in northern Eddy county.  Any unexpended or
    |
0021|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998
    |
0022|     shall revert to the general fund.
