On page 3, before line 1, insert the following: "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the governor and the state department of public education report their findings and recommendations to the legislative education study committee by December 1, 1997; and"., and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
