0011| PROPOSING A SALE OF REAL PROPERTY IN SANTA FE, BERNALILLO AND

0012| CHAVES COUNTIES.

0014| WHEREAS, Section 13-6-3 NMSA 1978 requires ratification
|
0015| and approval of any sale of real property for a consideration
|
0016| of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) or more; and
|
0017| WHEREAS, the property control division of the general
|
0018| services department is desirous of selling five parcels of
|
0019| land, legal descriptions set forth below; and
|
0020| WHEREAS, the property control division wishes to sell real
|
0021| property of approximately sixty-seven acres located near
|
0022| Canoncito at Apache canyon in Santa Fe county, New Mexico and
|
0023| more particularly described as:
|
0024| Southwest quarter of the Southeast
|
0025| quarter of Section one and the Lot two of
|
0001| Section twelve in Township fifteen north
|
0002| of Range ten east of the New Mexico
|
0003| Meridian New Mexico, containing sixty-six
|
0004| acres and ninety-three hundredths of an
|
0005| acre.
|
0006| As per patent No. 1096075, issued to
|
0007| Antonio Ortega, the party of the first
|
0008| part herein and which was recorded on the
|
0009| 28th day of December 1945 in Book C of
|
0010| the Records of Patents page 147 in the
|
0011| Santa Fe County Clerk's office.; and
|
0012| WHEREAS, the property control division wishes to sell real
|
0013| property of approximately ten and four-tenths acres located in
|
0014| La Tierra Nueva subdivision in Santa Fe county, New Mexico and
|
0015| more particularly described as:
|
0016| Lot One (1), La Tierra Nueva Subdivision,
|
0017| formerly Tierra Grande Subdivision (La
|
0018| Tierra Phase IV), as shown on plat filed
|
0019| in the Office of the County Clerk, Santa
|
0020| Fe County, New Mexico, on August 16,
|
0021| 1979, as Document No. 444,242 and as
|
0022| described in "Notice of Change of
|
0023| Subdivision Name

0024| . . . ", recorded in Book 395, page 13.; and

0025| WHEREAS, the property control division wishes to sell real
|
0001| property of approximately twenty-one thousand three hundred
|
0002| square feet located at the corner of Third and Lead in
|
0003| Albuquerque, Bernalillo county, New Mexico and more
|
0004| particularly described as:

0005| Lots number nineteen (19) to twenty four
|
0006| (24), both inclusive, in Block thirty
|
0007| (30) of the NEW MEXICO TOWN COMPANY'S
|
0008| ORIGINAL TOWNSITE of Albuquerque, New
|
0009| Mexico, as the same are shown and
|
0010| designated on the map of said Townsite,
|
0011| filed in the office of the Probate Clerk
|
0012| and Ex-Officio Recorder of Bernalillo
|
0013| County, New Mexico, under date of
|
0014| December 29, 1882.; and
|
0015| WHEREAS, the property control division wishes to sell real
|
0016| property of approximately one acre located at the Newport
|
0017| industrial park-west in Albuquerque, Bernalillo county, New
|
0018| Mexico and more particularly described as:
|
0019| Lot D-4 of the Summary Plat of the replat
|
0020| of Parcel D of the replat of Tract 4,
|
0021| Newport Industrial Park-West, Unit 1, as
|
0022| the same is shown and designated on the
|
0023| plat of said subdivision filed in the
|
0024| office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo
|
0025| County, New Mexico on August 24, 1981, in
|
0001| Volume C18, Folio 168.; and
|
0002| WHEREAS, the property control division wishes to sell a
|
0003| building and real property of approximately five acres at 1600
|
0004| east Tilden in Roswell, Chaves county, New Mexico and more
|
0005| particularly described as:
|
0006| Tracts C and D of the Burton Subdivision,
|
0007| an addition to the City of Roswell, New
|
0008| Mexico, as the same is shown from the
|
0009| official plat thereof filed in the office
|
0010| of the Chaves County Clerk of May 7,
|
0011| 1952. Said lands being otherwise known
|
0012| and designated as the South one-half of
|
0013| the North one-half of the West one-half
|
0014| of the Southeast one-fourth of the
|
0015| Northwest one-fourth (S« N« W« SE¬ NW¬)
|
0016| Section three (3), Township eleven (11)
|
0017| South, Range twenty four (24) East
|
0018| N.M.P.M. containing five (5) acres, more
|
0019| or less.; and
|
0020| WHEREAS, the properties shall not be sold for less than
|
0021| the value of the properties established by the taxation and
|
0022| revenue department using generally acceptable appraisal
|
0023| techniques for this type of property;
|
0024| NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE
|
0025| STATE OF NEW MEXICO that the proposed sales be hereby ratified
|
0001| and approved pursuant to the provisions of Section 13-6-3 NMSA
|
0002| 1978; and
|
0003| BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be
|
0004| transmitted to the property control division of the general
|
0005| services department.
