  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 1, strike line 17 in its entirety and strike
  line 18 through the semicolon.
  
       2.  On page 1, line 18, strike ", REPEALING".
  
       3.  On page 8, strike lines 24 and 25 in their entirety
  and on page 9, strike line 1 through the period.
  
       4.  On pages 11 and 12, strike Sections 7, 8 and 9 in
  their entirety.
  
       5.  Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,
