       Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom
  has been referred
  
                  HOUSE BILL 39, as amended
                               
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 1, line 12, strike ";MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".
  
       2.  On page 2, between lines 10 and 11, insert the following
  new paragraph to read:
       
                 "(10)  one representative from New Mexico's public
  television stations;".
  
       3.  Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.
  
       4.  On page 3, strike Section 2 in its entirety.
  
       5.  Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
