0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A CAPITAL PROJECTS OFFICE OF THE

0012|     NEW MEXICO OFFICE OF INDIAN AFFAIRS AT SHIPROCK IN SAN JUAN

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New
    |
0018|     Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0019|     1999 for the establishment and operation, including one FTE
    |
0020|     planner, of a capital projects office in the community of
    |
0021|     Shiprock in San Juan county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0022|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert
    |
0023|     to the general fund.
