    has had it under consideration and reports same with
    recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
    
         1.  On page l, line 11, after the word "WATER" strike the
    word "PLANNING" and insert in lieu thereof "STUDY".
    
         2.  On page l, line 24 strike "regional water planning".,
    
    and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
    COMMITTEE.
