0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS GRANT

0012|     FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXPANDING COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Three million dollars
    |
0017|     ($3,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     community corrections grant fund for expenditure in fiscal
    |
0019|     year 1999 for the purpose of expanding community corrections
    |
0020|     programming, pursuant to the provisions of the Adult Community
    |
0021|     Corrections Act.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0022|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the
    |
0023|     general fund.
