  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
  1.  On page 2, lines 15 and 16, strike "one billion one hundred million
  dollars ($1,100,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "one billion two
  hundred million dollars ($1,200,000,000)".
  
      2.  On page 2, lines 16 and 17, strike "one billion two hundred million
  dollars ($1,200,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "one billion three
  hundred million dollars ($1,300,000,000)".
  
  and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
  
  The roll call vote on Amendment was 8  For 1  Against
