APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars | 0016| ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office | 0017| of the state engineer for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for | 0018| the purpose of funding a watermaster to enforce the settlement | 0019| between tribal and nontribal users on the Rio Jemez.
