0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO EXPAND FUNDING OF THE INDIAN

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     tourism department for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the
    |
0018|     purpose of employing additional staff and providing operations
    |
0019|     money for the Indian tourism office of the department.  Any
    |
0020|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0021|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
