APPROPRIATION.--One million dollars | 0017| ($1,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0018| energy, minerals and natural resources department for | 0019| expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of | 0020| weatherizing homes for persons whose incomes are at or below | 0021| one hundred twenty-five percent of the federal income poverty | 0022| guideline.
