0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thirty-three
    |
0017|     thousand dollars ($133,000) is appropriated from the general
    |
0018|     fund to the local government division of the department of
    |
0019|     finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1999
    |
0020|     for the acquisition of books and other materials for the
    |
0021|     municipal library in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.  Any
    |
0022|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0023|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
