APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars | 0016| ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0017| governor's committee on concerns of the handicapped for | 0018| expenditure in fiscal year 1999 to provide grants to local | 0019| governments and nonprofit organizations to establish or | 0020| enhance programs that encourage and enable disabled people to | 0021| participate in the social and economic life of their | 0022| communities.
