0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two million seven hundred
    |
0017|     thousand dollars ($2,700,000) is appropriated from the general
    |
0018|     fund to the children, youth and families department for
    |
0019|     expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of providing
    |
0020|     prevention and early intervention programs for children who
    |
0021|     may be developmentally disabled.  Any unexpended or
    |
0022|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999
    |
0023|     shall revert to the general fund.
