0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO REVISE AND EXPAND A TRAVEL GUIDE

0012|     FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand
    |
0016|     dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to
    |
0017|     the governor's committee on concerns of the handicapped for
    |
0018|     expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of updating
    |
0019|     and expanding the content of and publishing and distributing a
    |
0020|     travel guide for persons with disabilities.  Any unexpended or
    |
0021|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999
    |
0022|     shall revert to the general fund.
