0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A LONG-RANGE MASTER PLAN FOR

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Ninety-nine thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($99,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0018|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0019|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the
    |
0020|     purpose of preparing a long-range master plan to improve the
    |
0021|     facilities of the southern New Mexico state fair in Dona Ana
    |
0022|     county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0023|     the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
