0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  Section 10-15-2 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1974,
    |
0017|     Chapter 91, Section 2) is amended to read:
    |
0018|          "10-15-2.  STATE LEGISLATURE--MEETINGS.--
    |
0019|               A.  All meetings of a quorum of members of any
    |
0020|     committee or policy-making body of the <s>[state]</s> legislature
    |
0021|     held for the purpose of discussing public business or for the
    |
0022|     purpose of taking any action within the authority of or the
    |
0023|     delegated authority of <s>[such]</s> <u>the</u> committee or body are
    |
0024|     declared to be public meetings open to the public at all
    |
0025|     times.

0001|               B.  The provisions of Subsection A of this section

0002|     <s>[shall]</s> <u>do</u> not apply to <u>party caucuses</u>, matters relating

0003|     to personnel or matters adjudicatory in nature <s>[or any bill,
