APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand | 0017| dollars ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to | 0018| the children, youth and families department for expenditure in | 0019| fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of expanding the community | 0020| programming services available through the office of child | 0021| development.
