APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred fifty thousand | 0016| dollars ($350,000) is appropriated from the general fund to | 0017| the board of regents of New Mexico state university for | 0018| expenditure in fiscal year 1999 and subsequent fiscal years | 0019| for the purpose of creating the center for energy technologies | 0020| on the campus of New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in | 0021| Dona Ana county.
