       Your TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been
  referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 243
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 8, strike lines 6 through 10.
  
       2.  On page 8, line 11, strike all of the language through
  the word "participants", strike the period and insert in lieu
  thereof the following new language: "In any event the principal
  city shall not have a majority of the board members."., 
  
  and thence referred to the TAXATION & REVENUE COMMITTEE.
