0011|    MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO UPGRADE THE LEGISLATIVE INFORMATION

0014|    BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|         Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thirteen
    |
0016|    thousand five hundred fifty dollars ($313,550) is appropriated
    |
0017|    from the general fund to the legislative council service for
    |
0018|    expenditure in fiscal years 1998 and 1999 to upgrade the
    |
0019|    legislative information system.  Any unexpended or
    |
0020|    unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999
    |
0021|    shall revert to the general fund.
