  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 2, line 9, after "interchange" insert "or
  "data exchange"".
       
       2.  On page 4, line 24, strike "submit" and insert in
  lieu thereof "be considered in compliance with the Health Data
  and Exchange Standards Act by submitting".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
