0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR HOME-BASED FAMILY SERVICES THROUGH

0012|     THE LAS CRUCES PUBLIC SCHOOLS PARENTS AS TEACHERS PROGRAM.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fourteen thousand
    |
0016|     four hundred seventy dollars ($114,470) is appropriated from
    |
0017|     the general fund to the state department of public education
    |
0018|     for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of funding

    |
0019|     home-based family services through the Las Cruces public
    |
0020|     schools parents as teachers pilot program.  Any unexpended or
    |
0021|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999
    |
0022|     shall revert to the general fund.
