APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred forty-seven | 0016| thousand forty-eight dollars ($347,048) is appropriated from | 0017| the general fund to the children, youth and families | 0018| department for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose | 0019| of contracting for family support and parenting education | 0020| services in Dona Ana county.
