0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR FAMILY SUPPORT AND PARENTING

0012|     EDUCATION SERVICES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred forty-seven
    |
0016|     thousand forty-eight dollars ($347,048) is appropriated from
    |
0017|     the general fund to the children, youth and families
    |
0018|     department for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose
    |
0019|     of contracting for family support and parenting education
    |
0020|     services in Dona Ana county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0021|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert
    |
0022|     to the general fund.
