0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE SENIOR CITIZEN PROGRAM IN

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state
    |
0017|     agency on aging for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the
    |
0018|     purpose of providing senior citizen homemaker services in
    |
0019|     Catron county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0020|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the
    |
0021|     general fund.
