0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO IMPROVE ATTENDANT CARE SERVICES FOR

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 to
    |
0018|     develop a plan to make attendant care for the disabled more
    |
0019|     available, accessible and affordable.  Any unexpended or
    |
0020|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999
    |
0021|     shall revert to the general fund.
