0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE NEW MEXICO HEALTH POLICY

0012|     COMMISSION FOR SUPPORT OF ANALYSIS AND PLANNING EFFORTS.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New
    |
0017|     Mexico health policy commission for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0018|     1999 to provide for contract services for analysis and
    |
0019|     planning activities.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0020|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the
    |
0021|     general fund.
