APPROPRIATION.--One hundred eighty-eight | 0017| thousand eight hundred dollars ($188,800) is appropriated from | 0018| the general fund to the public employee labor relations board | 0019| for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 in the following budget | 0020| categories. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining | 0021| at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general | 0022| fund.
