       Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom
  has been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 402
                               
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "; MAKING AN
  APPROPRIATION".
       
       2. On pages 2 and 3, strike section 3 in its entirety.
  
       3. On page 2, line 12, after "any" strike the remainder of
  the line and on line 13, strike "direction" and insert in lieu
  thereof "health care provider who holds a license or certificate
  pursuant to state law that authorizes him to immunize".
