0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A SOUTHWEST VALLEY WATER

0012|     IMPROVEMENT MASTER PLAN.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand
    |
0016|     dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to
    |
0017|     the office of the state engineer for expenditure in fiscal
    |
0018|     year 1999 for the purpose of contracting for a water
    |
0019|     improvement master plan to be completed for the southwest
    |
0020|     valley of Bernalillo county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0021|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert
    |
0022|     to the general fund.
