0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE RECREATION PROGRAM IN

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Sixty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($60,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0017|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0018|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the
    |
0019|     purpose of funding the recreation program in Tularosa.  Any
    |
0020|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0021|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
