0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A SENIOR CITIZEN PROGRAM IN WHITE

0012|     ROCK IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred eight thousand
    |
0016|     dollars ($208,000) is appropriated from the general fund to
    |
0017|     the state agency on aging for expenditure in fiscal year 1999
    |
0018|     for the purpose of funding a senior citizen congregate meal
    |
0019|     program and other senior services in White Rock in McKinley
    |
0020|     county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0021|     the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
