       Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 459
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
                 1.   On page 1, line 12, delete "INTERSTATE".
  
                 2.   On page 5, line 24, delete "<u>an</u>" and insert in lieu
  thereof "<u>a</u>".
  
                 3.   On page 5, line 25, delete "<u>interstate</u>" and after the
  period, delete "<u>Any points issued</u>".
  
                 4.   On page 6, line 1, delete "<u>against the violator's
  driver's license shall be doubled</u>.".,
    
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
