APPROPRIATION.--Three million, six hundred | 0016| thousand dollars ($3,600,000) is appropriated from the general | 0017| fund to the tourism department for expenditure in fiscal year | 0018| 1999 for the purpose of advertising and promoting tourism | 0019| statewide to increase state tourism revenue.
