      Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                           SENATE BILL 26
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 2, lines 6 and 7, strike "forty-five dollars
  ($45.00)" and insert in lieu thereof "fifty dollars ($50.00)".
  
      2.  On page 2, lines 19 and 20, strike "Seven million five
  hundred thousand dollars ($7,500,000)" and insert in lieu thereof
  "Nineteen million seven hundred eighty seven thousand three
  hundred thirteen dollars ($19,787,313)".,
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
