APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars | 0016| ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local | 0017| government division of the department of finance and | 0018| administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the | 0019| purpose of surveying the corporate boundaries of the village | 0020| of Willard in Torrance county.
