0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BRAIN INJURY SERVICES FUND TO

0012|     PROVIDE A STATEWIDE BRAIN INJURY SERVICES PROGRAM FOR PERSONS

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Six hundred thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($600,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the brain
    |
0018|     injury services fund for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 and
    |
0019|     subsequent fiscal years for the purpose of providing a
    |
0020|     statewide brain injury services program for persons with
    |
0021|     traumatic brain injuries.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0022|     balance remaining at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert
    |
0023|     to the general fund.
