0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO CONTINUE THE RE:LEARNING PROGRAM TO

0012|     SUPPORT SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One million dollars
    |
0016|     ($1,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     board of regents of eastern New Mexico university for
    |
0018|     expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of funding the
    |
0019|     Re:Learning education program to support school improvement in
    |
0020|     all grades of public school.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0021|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert
    |
0022|     to the general fund.
