0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO MATCH FEDERAL MONEY FOR THE

0012|     PORTALES TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Forty-six thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($46,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0017|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0018|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 to match
    |
0019|     federal money to expand the Portales transportation system. 
    |
0020|     Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0021|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
