0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE START-UP COSTS OF NEW CLASSES

0012|     FOR THE GRADUATE CENTER LOCATED AT THE GALLUP BRANCH OF THE

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board
    |
0018|     of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in
    |
0019|     fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of funding start-up costs for
    |
0020|     new classes at the graduate center at the Gallup branch of the
    |
0021|     university of New Mexico.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0022|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert
    |
0023|     to the general fund.
