      Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                           SENATE BILL 74
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
  1.  On page 1, line 19, after "funding" strike the remainder of
  the line, strike line 20 in its entirety and insert in lieu
  thereof "a graduate center established at the Gallup branch of
  the".
  
      2.  On page 1, line 21, after "Mexico" insert "to be managed
  by the university of New Mexico-Gallup advisory board and which
  shall be eligible for extended services funding in fiscal year
  2000".,
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
