0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE NAVAJO NATION CHILD SUPPORT

0012|     ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand
    |
0016|     dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to
    |
0017|     the human services department for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0018|     1999 for the Navajo nation child support enforcement program. 
    |
0019|     Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0020|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
