0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO DEVELOP

0012|     A FARM WORKER OUTREACH RESOURCE CENTER.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Sixty-five thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($65,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for
    |
0018|     the purpose of developing a farm worker outreach resource
    |
0019|     center to provide referral, education and counseling services
    |
0020|     to farm workers.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0021|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the
    |
0022|     general fund.
