      Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                          SENATE BILL 110
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 5, lines 8 and 9, strike "a five percent salary
  increase for non-instructional staff" and insert in lieu thereof
  "an average five percent salary increase for all other certified
  and non-certified staff".
  
      2.  On page 5, line 14, strike "a" and insert in lieu thereof
  "an average".,
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
